<br />Alexander Baptist Church, opened the meeting with prayer, followed
<br />by the Pledge~ of Allegiance to the Flag,

<br />Mayor Webb welcomed all visitors in attendance.

<br /> Motion of Mr. Simpson and seconded by Mrs. Lucas,' the minutes
<br />of a CalledMeeting. of March 13, 1989; the minutes of a Public
<br />Hearing of March 13, 1989; minutes of a Called Meeting of March
<br />14, 1989; and minutes of a Regular Meeting of March 14, 1989, to
<br />be approved as received; and was adopted by unanimous vote.

<br /> 89-121 - Presentations were made-to The Honorable John S.
<br />Joannou, The Honorabl~ William S. Moore, Jr., The Honorable
<br />Kenneth L. Melvin, for their achievements on behalf of the City
<br />during the 1989 General Assembly Session.
<br />
<br /> 89-122 - Proclamations were presented tO Harry L~ Short,
<br />Director of Operations for Administration & Housing for "Fair
<br />Housing Month"~ and to Pat Pfeiffer and Pam Novy for "Leckie
<br />Street Fair".
