Mann, 805 Jewell Avenue, representing Simonsdale <br />Civic Club, spoke in opposition to a real estate tax increase. <br /> <br /> L!oyd-Beaz~ley, 3186 Reese Drive, representing-Portsmouth <br />Professional Fire Fighters~Local 539, expressed-concerns <br />of the Fire Fighters about funding for their equipment. <br /> <br /> Carol R.
