(a) Z~89~6 WEST NORFOLK NEIGHBORSOOD - Sinclair Telecable, Inc., by Robert Sinclair, to rezone property at 3918 Adams Street: Robert F. Babb, 521 Middle Street Mall, representing Charles, Bartlett, ~ontract Buyer, sp~ke in favor of the rezoning app]i-ication. Motion of Mr. Corprew, that Z-89-6 be referred to adopted by unanimous vote. Jr., and seconded by Mr. Barnes, the Planning Commission and was 89-236 - Public Hearing on rezoni"hg, group housing project and use permit applications° (a) Z-89-9 CRAD~CK NEIGHBORHOOD -~Rezonih~ application of JRW Enterprises, Incorporated and Angel~ McCotter for property a~ 2012-2020 Greenwood Drive. David R. Tynch, Central Fidelity Bank Bldg., representing applicant, spoke in favor of the rezoning application. Kirk Berk'eley, 707 London Boulevard, representing ' applicant, spok~ in favor of the rezoning application. Motion of Mr. Barnes and seconded by Mr. Corprew, Jr., to concur with the recommendation of the Planning Commission that Z-89-9 be approved on first reading~ a~d was adopted by 5-1 (Hawks) vote. (b) GHP-89-3 CRADOCK NEIGHBORHOOD - Group housing project applications of JRW Enterprises, Incorporated and Angela McCotter for 16 apartment units at 2010-2020 Greenwood Drive. Motion of'Mr. Barnes and seconded by Mrs. Lucas, to concur with the recommendation of the Planning Commission that GHP-89-3 be approved on first reading, and was adopted by 5-1 (Hawks) vote.
