The~foillowing was discussed ~in the Public Work Session: 1. City Park Boat Ramp Survey Results Comprehensive~ Plan 3. Chesapeake Bay Local Assistance Board 4~ 'F~re Boat Committee 89-235 - Motion of Mrs. Lucas and seconded by Mr. Barnes, to go into Executive Session in accordance with Section 2.1-344 of the Cod~of~Virginia to discuss the ~following: 1. Condition, acquisition and use of real property for public purposes as permit%ed under subsection (a) (2); 2. Consideration of a personnel matter as permitted under subsection~('a) ~(1). 3. Consultation with City Attorney and briefing by staff members pertaining to actual o~ potential litigation or other legal matters within the jurisdiction o.f the City Council as permitted under subsection (a) (6); - ~ 4; -The disposition of publicly held property aspermitted under subsection (a) (2); 5. Consideration of appointments by permitted under subsection (a) (1). the City Council as APPROVED- - Mayor Clerk *Vice Mayor Gray arrived at 4:40 p.m. Councilman Simpson was absent due to illness.
