July 11, 1989 Housing Board of Adjustments/ARpeals John Spence to be reappointed for a term of three years, expiring July 1, 1992. Motion of Mr. Barnes and seconded by Mrs. Lucas, to close nominations and there being no further nominationsr the above member to be elected to the Board, and was adopted by unanimous vote. Museum and Fine Arts Commission Richard E. Barnes to be appointed to fill an unexpired term ending October 1, 1990, replacing Joyce M. Harding. Motion of Mr~ Hawks and seconded by Mr. Simpson, to close nominations and there being no further nominations, the above member to be elected to the Commission, and was adopted by unanimous vote. Parks & Recreation Commission Eugene S. Ball, Jr. to be reappointed for a term of three years, expiring July 1, 1992; Lynn R. Waters to be appointed for a term of three years, expiring July 1, 1992, replacing Judy Bray. Motion of Mr. Hawks and seconded by Mr. Barnes, to close nominations and th'ere being no further nominations, the above members to be elected to the Commission, and was adopted by unanimous vote. Social S~rvices Advisory Commission Maggie Anderson and Gerald Head to be reappointed for a term of four years, expiring July 1, 1992. Motion of Mr. Hawks and seconded by Mrs. Lucas, to close nominations and there being no further nominations, the above members to be elected to the Commission, and was adopted by unanimous vote. Southeastern Virginia Planning District Commission Jack P. Barnes to be reappointed for a term of three years, expiring July 1, 1992. Motion of Mr. Hawks and seconded by Mr. Simpson, to close nominations and there being no further nominations, the above member to be elected to the Commission, and was adopted by unanimous vote.
