Bernadette Hogge, Ombudsman, gave an update on items of concern presented by <br />citizens at the February 23, 2010 City Council Meeting. <br /> <br />. Chief Hargas, Chief of Police, provided City Council and citizens with the Police <br />Chief Report. <br /> <br />10 - 121 - Non-Agenda Speakers <br /> <br />1. Lt. Lee Cherry, 408 Melvin Drive, ask that City Council provide funding for the <br />Community Enforcement Unit (CEU). <br /> <br />2. Joe Wright, 1451 Welcome Road, spoke in support of continuing the CEU program. <br /> <br />3. Ted Lamb, 301 Allen Road, spoke in support of continuing the CEU program. <br /> <br />4. Bruce Bremer, 256 Constitution Avenue, voiced his concern with the chain of <br />command with regards to the CEU program. <br /> <br />5. Reggie Allen, 1421 Wilcox Avenue, spoke in support of continuing the CEU program. <br /> <br />6. David Neagle, 960 Cushing Street, spoke in support of continuing the CEU program. <br /> <br />7. Clyde Gay, 1031 Holladay Street, spoke in support of continuing the CEU program <br />and provided personal accounts of their influence in his neighborhood. <br /> <br />8. Sylvia Hutson, 35 Burtis Street, spoke in support of continuing the CEU program and <br />provided personal accounts of their influence in her neighborhood. <br /> <br />9. Bill Grimsley, 609 Elmhurst Lane, spoke in support of continuing the CEU program. <br /> <br />10. Joseph Ollice, 48 Sandie Point Lane, spoke in support of continuing the CEU <br />program. <br /> <br />11. Johnathan Morrell, 317 Allen Road, spoke in support of continuing the CEU <br />program. <br /> <br />12. Rick Southwood, 11 Afton Parkway, spoke in support of continuing the CEU <br />program. <br /> <br />13. Grace Giesler, 7 Dahlgren Avenue, spoke in support of continuing the CEU program <br />and provided personal accounts of their influence in her neighborhood. <br /> <br />14. Terry Danaher, 413 Dinwiddie Street, voiced her concern with what she believes is <br />a manipulation of public opinion by the Sheriff. <br /> <br />15.
