Each capital improvement project should <br /> have a minimum ~.Lfe expectancy of-~0 years, the reason f~r this <br /> is that ~mos~ CI~ projects are~fi~na~ced~by ~e'nera! obligation <br /> bonds, which a~e paid for over a twenty yea~ ,period.. <br /> <br /> <br />
