As~ each~,of~.you ~, know, this evening session brings together members of the Council and the Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing:~Authority Hoard of Commissioners in a joint Public Hearing for the purpose of reviewing proposed amendments to the plans for the Crawford Urban Renewal and Hattonsvitl~ Redevelopment Projects. This hearing will afford interested individua~ls an~opportunity to express their views regarding these proposed changes% I remind you that tonight's session is only a Public Hearing and that City Council and the Authority's Hoard of Commissioners will listen and give full consideration to your comments prior to taking any action on the proposed amendment.
