September 26, 1989 <br /> <br /> 89-356 (b) Motion of Mr. Gray and seconded by Mr. Barnes <br />to reconsider Item Number 89-356 (b), Z-89-t3 before Council <br />for clarification and was adopted by 6-0-1 vote. <br /> <br /> The City Manager and City Attorney responded to the questions <br />of clarification of Public Hearing items being amended on the <br />printed indexing to the Agendas, for second reading and the <br />legality, if any, of such changes. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Simpson and seconded by Mrs. Lucas to <br />ask Mr. Bailey to return to the podium to explain the Zoning <br />Amendment Ordinance Z-89-13 and was adopted by 6-0-1 vote. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Barnes and seconded by Mr. Gray that the <br />property on Turnpike Road be Commercial C-2 and Property on <br />Rodman Avenue be Commercial C-1 and was adopted by the following <br />vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes: Barnes, <br />Nays: None <br />Abstain: Hawks <br /> <br />Corprew, Gray, Lucas, <br /> <br />Simpson, Webb <br /> <br /> Councilman Hawks abstained because he represents Mr. Jones or <br />legal matters. <br /> <br />On motion meeting adjourned at 8:39 p.m. <br /> <br />APPROVED ~ ~ [_C. <br /> <br /> Mayor <br /> <br />&'Chief Deputy Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
