Edward McCabe, 110 Tyler Crescent East, asked for City Council's support in <br />making Portsmouth, along with other areas in Hampton Roads, part of the Star <br />Spangled Trail. <br /> <br />2. Barbara Vincent Hester, 461 Dinwiddie Street, wanted to inform City Council of the <br />prompt response by emergency services during the nor'easter. <br /> <br />3. Danny Donovan, 301 Dinwiddie Street, spoke on the flooding problems in Olde <br />Towne. <br /> <br />4. Fred Sanborn, 220 North Street, spoke on the flooding problems in Olde Towne. <br /> <br />5. Kathleen Carlson, 100 Snead Fairway, informed City Council and citizens of the <br />Christmas Parade. <br /> <br />6. Randy Withers, 501 High Street, spoke in the flooding problems in Olde Towne. <br /> <br />7. Martha Ann Creecy, 317 Dinwiddie Street, spoke on the flooding problems in Olde <br />Towne. <br /> <br />8. Tony Goodwin, 38 Linden Avenue, informed City Council of a large hole, on adjacent <br />property, that is retaining water in their neighborhood. <br /> <br />9.
