These conferences are <br />Virginia Municipal League Annual Conference and National League of Cities Annual <br />Conference. <br /> <br />I wish to state at this time that I will be paying my own travel expenses for these <br />conferences. " <br /> <br />'" Vice Mayor Moody offered the following statement: <br /> <br />"Colleagues, <br /> <br />Recent events together with sustaining questions of judgment raise unavoidable issues <br />about the future the City can hope to realize with the Mayor's continuing leadership. <br />
