Robert Turner, 4313 Templar Drive, as Vice President of the Retired Firefighters and <br />Police Officers Association in Portsmouth and with the support of the association, <br />proposed that the City forego the cost of living for the retired police and firefighters <br />for this year to help with the budget. <br /> <br />7. Mark Geduldig-Yatrofsky, 2713 Sterling Point Drive, suggested that rather than <br />continue to use the Fund Balance that City Council consider a four cent surcharge <br />on the real estate tax rate for one quarter. <br /> <br />8. Steve Carroll, 3112 Riveredge Drive, spoke on the accuracy of the real estate <br />assessments. <br /> <br />9.
