Gregor, 116 Landmark Square, Virginia Beach, spoke in support of this item. <br /> <br />Motion by Mr. Moody, and seconded by Mr. Heretick, to concur with the <br />recommendation of the Planning Commission that HP-09-01 be approved on first <br />reading, and was adopted by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: Heretick, Moody, Psi mas, Randall, Smith, Whitehurst, Holley <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />(c) S-09-01 <br /> <br />PRENTIS PARK - Ordinance granting the request of Jeffrey S. <br />Miller, attorney for the Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing <br />Authority, for the closure of Griffin Street between Richmond <br />Avenue and Lansing Avenue just north of 1-264 and east of <br />Swanson Homes. Miller, attorney for the Portsmouth Redevelopment and <br />Housing Authority, for the closure of Wilson Parkway and all platted <br />streets within the Jeffry Wilson property and closure of all platted <br />streets located in the Clarke School site.
