BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that the following named persons and alternates are hereby appointed pursuant to Section 15.2-1643 of the Code of Virginia to an advisory panel (the "Panel") to review the court facilities of the City of Portsmouth and make recommendations to City Council and the Judge presiding over the case of Commonwealth of Virginia v Holley, et al.: Architects/professional enqineers: Aubrey Brock Robert Miller Joel Andre Alternate: Herbert Bondurant Citizens: Steve Carroll Shirley Lassiter Alternates: James Ellis Bernard Griffin
