French, III, 208 Glasgow Street, requested <br />that the format for published agenda items be changed to <br />provide more i~f~rmation. <br /> <br /> (6) John F~Bailey~' Jr., 203 Dixie Avenue, representing <br />the Federation of Civic Clubs, requested changing the format of <br />public notice on agenda items, particularly changes to the <br />Codel <br /> <br /> ~ UNFINISHED BUSINESS - ~ - <br /> <br /> 91-183 - Ordinance creating a one-way traffic system in <br />the alleyways from Chautauqua Avenue to Douglas Avenue and from <br />Bayview Boulevard to Adriatic Street, deferred from the Regular <br />Meeting of May 14, 1991. <br /> <br /> Mr. Orton recommended that the item be denied at this <br />time. <br /> <br /> <br />
