<br />Transportation for the construction of the Lee Avenue - Virginia
<br />Avenue Connector, which agreemen~ wil~l provide for the City to
<br />complete the des~gniand construction of same with 100% of the
<br />City's cost of this project to be reimbursed by the Virginia
<br />Department of Transportation."
