June 25, 1991 <br /> <br /> At a regular meeting of the City Council held on Tu <br />June 25, 1991, there were present: <br /> <br /> Mayor Gloria O. Webb, Vice Mayor E. G. Corprew, Jr. <br />M. Clemons, John H. Epperson, James C. Hawks, Lee E. Kin <br />Louise Lucas, V. Wayne Orton, City Manager, Stuart E.
