July 9, 1991 At a regular meeting of the City Council held on Tu July 9, 1991, there were present: Mayor Gloria O. Webb, vice Mayor E. G. Corprew, Jr. Johnny M. Clemons, John H. Epperson, James C. Hawks L. Louise Lucas, V. Wayne Orton, City Manager, Stuart E. Katz, City Attorney Absent: Lee E. King Motion of Mr. Hawks and seconded by Mr. Clemons, th of a Called Meeting of June 25, 1991, and minutes of a ~ Meeting of June 25, 1991, to be approved as received, an adopted by unanimous vote. Use Permit to Willis care services facili Motion of Mr. Clemons and seconded by Mrs. Lucas, following resolution was adopted, and by the following mA RESOLUTION GR%NTING A USE PERMIT TO OPERATE A CH CARE SERVICES FACILITY AT 1220 CAVALIER BOULEVARD. WHEREAS, Susie M. Anthony, contract purchaser of 12 Cavalier Boulevard, has made application pursuant to Sec 40-43.1 of the Code of the. City of Portsmouth, Virginia, amended, for granting of a use permit to operate a child services facility at 1220 Cavalier Boulevard, Portsmouth Virginia; WHEREAS, the applicant and all~things required to be done application; and the Planning Director ha in connection with said WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended th of said Use permit, with conditions.
