Clemons, John H. Epperson, James C. Hawks <br />L. Louise Lucas, V. Wayne Orton, City Manager, <br />Stuart E. Katz, City Attorney <br /> <br />Absent: Lee E. King <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Hawks and seconded by Mr. Clemons, th <br />of a Called Meeting of June 25, 1991, and minutes of a ~ <br />Meeting of June 25, 1991, to be approved as received, an <br />adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br />Mayor Webb welcomed all in attendance. <br /> <br />91-2'38 - NON-AGENDA SPEAKERS <br /> <br /> J. 5. Flesher, 3916 Flagship Way, spoke concerning <br />billing with personal property tax procedures. <br /> <br /> Andrew T. Jones, Jr., requested a postponement of h <br />case to allow additional time to liquidate his bus equl~ <br />City Attgrney replied that if it were council's wish he <br />oppose a~six month continuation of the court case. <br /> <br /> Jesse H. Overton, 82 Ericsson Street, spoke concer~ <br />recycling "bottle bil~". <br /> <br />- UNFINISHED BUSINESS - <br /> <br /> 91-220 - Resolution granting a <br />Antoinette Hundley, f~r a child day <br />1220 Cavalier Boulevard. <br /> <br />Use Permit to Willis <br />care services facili <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Clemons and seconded by Mrs. Lucas, <br />following resolution was adopted, and by the following <br /> <br />mA RESOLUTION GR%NTING A USE PERMIT TO OPERATE A CH <br />CARE SERVICES FACILITY AT 1220 CAVALIER BOULEVARD. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Susie M. Anthony, contract purchaser of 12 <br />Cavalier Boulevard, has made application pursuant to Sec <br />40-43.1 of the Code of the.
