<br />PARK VIEW NEIGHBORHOOD - Request of the City of
<br />Portsmouth, Virginia to amend the Destination 2025
<br />Comprehensive Plan concerning the potential for public use of
<br />property generally bounded by Linden Avenue, Harrell Street, Elm
<br />Ave, Scott's Creek and the Portsmouth Naval Hospital. The
<br />proposed Comprehensive Plan Amendment recommends a change
<br />from mixed residential development to preservation/open
<br />space/park. The site also includes an unimproved portion of
<br />Webster Avenue at its northern terminus. Vision Principle: Thriving
<br />Neighborhoods and a Sense of Community.
