This sec¢ <br />segment, consisting of over 28,000 feet of pipe, will u~ <br />abandoned CSX Railroad right-of-way as its route. The <br />route is covered by an agreement to be executed with th~ <br />Suffolk. <br /> <br /> As I previously advised you, this ~roject is compl~ <br />major undertaking for Portsmouth and our Public Utili~i~ <br />Departme~ Its completion insures adequate water for <br />Portsmout 's industrial growth and to meet our contract~ <br />commitme~ s with Chesapeake.
