Timothy Oksman. <br /> <br />08 - 353 - The following call for the meeting was read: <br /> <br />"Please attend a Called Meeting of the City Council to be held at the Bide-A-Wee <br />Pavilion, 1 Bide-A-Wee Drive, 8:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 29, 2008 for the purpose of a <br />Council Advance. <br /> <br />In addition, you may consider a motion to go into a Closed Meeting. <br /> <br />By order of the Mayor." <br /> <br />08 - 354 - The following items were discussed: <br /> <br />1. Council Discussion <br /> <br />08 - 355 - Motion by Mr. Moody, and seconded by Ms. Psi mas, to go into Closed <br />Meeting pursuant to provisions of Section 2.2-3711 (A) of the Code of Virginia, to <br />discuss appointments to boards and commissions, as per subsection 1, and legal <br />matters requiring the advise of legal counsel, as per subsection 7. <br /> <br />The subject matter of the meeting is Council appointments and legal matters <br />involving taxation. <br />
