<br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING VIEWERS FOR CLOSING A PORTION OF
<br />BARCLAY AVENUE'~FORMERLY ROSE AVENUE).
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, G~ino~s P~izza of T~dewa~ter~,~ Inc. has' made ~
<br />application to v,a~ate, close and discontinue~ the hereinafter~
<br />described pOrtion off,Barclay Avenue~ and it appearing that
<br />Notice of Application and Request-~for ApPointment of Viewers
<br />has been advertised as required by law. ~ ~ ~
<br />
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED.by the Council of the City
<br />of Portsmouth, Virginia, that Roy Leinart, James P. Ely,
<br />Melville Bunting, Matthew Peanort and L. A. Clark be appointed
<br />viewers and ~ha~ Les~ter~ Harrington and £arrie Byrum~be
<br />appointed alternate'viewers in the event one of the preceding
<br />viewers fails to participate, said viewers to view the
<br />hereinafter described portion of such street and to report to
<br />this Council in writing whether in their opinion any, and if
<br />any what, inconvenience would result in ~vacating and closing
<br />the following:

<br /> beginning at a point 130 feet, more or less,
<br /> northwest!from the intersection of Barclay,Avenue and
