Lawrence in the Capital Improvement Plan, the following resolu~i¢ as amended was adopted and by the following vote: ' "A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FIV~ YEAR CAPITAL IMPR~ PLAN FOR 1991-92 THROUGH 1995~9~, AND A ONE YEAR C; IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR 1991-92~ WHEREAS, the City Manager nas s~bmitted to. the Cit~ the Capital Improvement Plan for 199~-92 through 1995-9~ one year Capital Improvement Program for 1991-92; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commissio~ and the Municipal Commission have reviewed and commented on the Plan and and ~HEREAS, a public hea~ing has b~en held to receive comme~ts~on the five year Capita~ Improvement Plan and year uapitat Improvemen't Program; and ~HEREAS, the Council has considered the five year Improvement Plan and ~he one year Ca~itat Improvement finds them to be in tne proper form 8nd expressive of C~ policies in regard to necessary capital improvements.
