Rondalyn Mills, 510 McLean Street, voiced her concern for the current retirement <br />plan for Portsmouth Supplemental Retirement System (PSRS) retirees. <br /> <br />2. Luther Anderson, 4910 Johnson Avenue, thanked the City Council for their support <br />during the April 19, 2008 Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) Drill. He <br />also extended an invitation to the City Council to attend the Local Emergency <br />Planning Committee (LAPC) meetings. <br /> <br />3. Jill Balbach, 1 Afton Parkway, voiced her concern with what she believes is the City's <br />inability to keep promises made to the citizens in the Cradock neighborhood. <br /> <br />4. R. M Holley, 711 Crawford Street, suggested that the City Council use the 599 <br />money to help fund some of the monetary problems regarding pay raises for the <br />Police and Fire Departments. <br /> <br />5. Dolores Wyatt, 99 Channing Avenue, thanked the City Council for reassuring citizens <br />that the Cradock Library would not be closed. <br /> <br />. City Manager Chandler thanked the Management Staff for their hard work and <br />commitment during this budget process. He also expressed his appreciation to the <br />City Council for their faith in the Management Staff and in allowing Staff to be heard <br />during this budget process.
