Chris Riley, 201 Riverside Drive, spoke in support of a pay increase for public safety. <br /> <br />9. Ron Evans, 14 Chippewa Trail, spoke in opposition to the proposed real estate tax <br />rate. <br /> <br />10. Steve Carroll, 3112 Riveredge Drive, spoke in opposition to the proposed real estate <br />tax rate. <br /> <br />11. Mark Geduldig-Yatrofsky, 363 Middle Street, informed citizens on the proper <br />protocol when asking questions of Council Appointees. <br /> <br />12. Luke McCoy, 3408 Canterbu.ry Drive, spoke in opposition to the Social Security <br />offset for the PSRS retirees. <br /> <br />13.
