<br />January 8. 2008 <br /> <br />(c) The lighting plan must conform substantially to the lighting plan submitted <br />October 5, 2007. All lighting must be directed inward toward the project. The lighting <br />must be of sufficient brightness to deter criminal activity on the site, but must be <br />shielded from adjacent property. <br /> <br />(d) The applicant shall conform to the landscaping requirements of Landscaping <br />Group 1 in Section 40-73 of the Zoning Ordinance along all residentially zoned or used <br />property, and of Landscaping Group 3 along all public rights-of-way. The City Arborist <br />shall determine compliance with this condition. <br /> <br />(e) A waste management plan submitted by the applicant must be reviewed and <br />approved by the Department of General Services. <br /> <br />(f) Any replacement or installation of new fencing on the property must be made of <br />wood or decorative ornamental aluminum, and shall contain no barbed wire or chain link <br />material. <br /> <br />(g) The applicant must follow a site plan review process, and the final site plan must <br />reflect the requirements found to be necessary by the Departments of Engineering, <br />Zoning, Building, Public Works and Planning. <br /> <br />(h) All storage must be kept inside the proposed enclosed building, and all storage <br />must be dead storage. <br /> <br />(i) No business activity may take place at the site other than the rental of storage <br />space. <br /> <br />(j) All signs must be approved by the Department of Zoning prior to issuance of a <br />sign permit. <br /> <br />(k) No servicing of automobiles, boats, trailers, or equipment shall take place on the <br />premises. <br /> <br />(I) The establishment shall be operated in compliance with all applicable codes, <br />ordinances, and regulations of federal, state, and local governments. <br /> <br />(m) The applicant shall obtain all required licenses and permits before operation and <br />these licenses and permits shall remain in effect during the operation of the <br />establ ishment. <br /> <br />(n) Taxes and fees associated with the property and the operation shall be paid <br />when due. <br /> <br />4. REVOCATION OF PERMIT: Violation of any of the above conditions may <br />serve as grounds for revocation of the use permit by the City Council." <br /> <br />Ayes: Heretick, Moody, Psi mas, Randall, D.
