Martin Madden, 627D High Street, asked that procedures for inspecting building after <br />a catastrophe be revamped allowing for the safest possible environment for citizens. <br /> <br />8. Helen Frankos, 5615 Atlantic Avenue, Virginia Beach, as a representative for the <br />Miss Hampton Roads Scholarship Pageant, asked that Council provide funding for <br />their non-profit organization. <br /> <br />9. Allison Elder, 629 High Street, asked for an opportunity to retrieve possessions from <br />629 High Street. <br /> <br />10. David Cartier, 301 Landau Street, asked that the Elders' be given permission to <br />retrieve possessions from 629 High Street. <br /> <br />? Mr. Moody reminded citizens of the January 15, 2008 Community Meeting, 7:00 <br />p.m., at Woodrow Wilson High School. <br /> <br />? Ms. Psi mas invited citizens to MAC 24 Restaurant, January 9, 2008. where some <br />members of Council will be celebrity waiters.
