Amos Taylor, 621 Lake Shores Drive, thanked City Council and the City Manager for <br />their consideration of the difficulties faced by some Portsmouth Retirement System <br />(PRS) retirees. <br /> <br />2. Dr. Thomas Shields, 132 Indian Circle, Williamsburg, Interim Pastor, thanked <br />Council for their many kind words of support and compassion for the loss of Zion <br />Baptist Church. He also asked for continued support during this difficult time. <br /> <br />3. Debra Jones, 3332 Morningside Drive, Chesapeake, asked that City Staff continue <br />to communicate and give up to date information as to what needs to take place now <br />for those who were affected by the fire at Zion Baptist Church. <br /> <br />4. J. Brewer Moore, 308 Bobby Jones Drive, spoke on the historical significance of <br />Craney Island. <br /> <br />5. Terry Danaher, 415 Dinwiddie Street, spoke on the importance of preserving the <br />buildings in the historic districts. <br />
