Laura Somers, 5 Irwin Street, thanked Council and Staff for their support in opposing <br />the proposed Ethanol Refinery and asked that truck traffic be restricted along parts <br />of Victory Boulevard. She also thanked the Sheriff and Police Departments for their <br />efforts in lowering the crime rate in Cradock. <br /> <br />3. John Johnson, 3901 Mariner Drive, Chesapeake, informed Council that he would <br />work diligently to clean up the surrounding area of the Crab House. <br /> <br />4. J. Brewer Moore, 308 Bobby Jones Drive, informed Council of the efforts being <br />made by the History Commission and others to have Craney Island placed on the <br />registry of Historic Places in America. <br /> <br />5. Terry Danaher, 413 Dinwiddie Street, informed citizens of the many events taking <br />place Downtown during the holiday season and invited all to participate in the <br />celebrations. <br /> <br />6. Ellen Dozier, 63 Channing Avenue, thanked Council for their support in opposing the <br />proposed Ethanol Refinery. <br /> <br />7. Steve Carroll, 3112 Riveredge Drive, thanked Council for their support in opposing <br />the proposed Ethanol Refinery and also voiced his opposition to the proposed court <br />complex. <br /> <br />8. Pam Harrison, 1124 St. Julian Drive, Chesapeake, thanked Council for their support <br />in opposing the proposed Ethanol Refinery. <br /> <br />9. David Champaco. 1105 Battery Circle, Chesapeake, thanked Council for their <br />support in opposing the proposed Ethanol Refinery. <br /> <br />10.
