AlsO, spOke in favor of 5 minute time limit. <br /> <br /> Motion by Mr. Robinett, and seconded by Mr. Benn, to go into Closed Meeting <br />pursuant to provisions of Section 2.1,344(A) of the Code of Virginia, to discuss or <br />consider the following: <br /> <br />employee personnel matters, as authorized by subsection 1. <br /> <br /> In addition, I move pursuant to Virginia code section 2.1-344.1(B) that <br />Council conduct a closed meeting at an undisclosed location at a time or times within <br />the next fifteen days solely for the purpose of interviewing candidates for the position of <br />Chief Administrative Officer. <br /> <br />The motion was adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br /> Motion by Mr. Pitts, and seconded by Mr. Whitehurst, pursuant to Section <br />2.1-344.1(D) of the Code of Virginia, certifying that to the best of the Council Member's <br />knowledge during the immediately preceding Closed Meeting of the City Council: <br /> <br />1.
