Hester, Pastor of Simonsdale Presbyterian <br />Church opened the meeting with prayer, followed by the Pledge <br />of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mt. King and seconded by Mr. Griffin, minutes of <br />a called meeting of July 28, 1992, and a regular meeting of <br />July 28, 1992, to be approved as received, and was adopted by <br />unanimous vote. <br /> <br /> 92-267 NON-AGENDA SPEAKERS <br /> <br /> J. Brewer Moore, 308 Bobby Jones Drive, spoke concerning <br />the revisions to the Dillon Rule. <br /> <br /> Arden H.
