<br />At a regular meeting of the City Council held on August

<br />Church opened the meeting with prayer, followed by the Pledge

<br />a called meeting of July 28, 1992, and a regular meeting of
<br />July 28, 1992, to be approved as received, and was adopted by
<br />unanimous vote.
