Steele, First Baptist Church of <br />Taylorsville, open the meeting with prayert followed <br />Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />by the <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Epperson and seconded by Mr. King for <br />minutes of a Called Meeting of October 12, 1992, a Public <br />Hearing of OCtobe~ 12, 1992, a Called Meeting of October 13, <br />1992, and a Regular Meeting of October 13, 1992, to be approved <br />as received, and was adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br />92-358 - NON-AGENDA SPEAKERS <br /> <br /> Carrie J.
