Vokonas to be appointed for a term of four years, <br />with his term ending October 1, 1996. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Hawks and seconded by Mr. Epperson to close <br />nominations, and there being no further nominations~ the above <br />were elected to the designated Boards and Commissions and by <br />unanimous vo~e. <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />92-406 - Vice <br />Night Out Committee was a National Award winner for its <br />outstanding participation in the Annual National Night Out on <br />Crime & Drug Prevention Program, and also ranked 7th on the <br />national level. Mr. King recommended that the City recognize <br />Committee at the next City Council Meeting. <br /> <br />92-407 Mayor Webb congratulated I. C. Norcom Greyhounds for <br />their win on Friday, November 20, <br />their championship game on <br /> <br />Mayor King acknowledged that Portsmouth National <br /> <br />the <br /> <br /> 1992, and wished them luck on <br />November 27,1992. <br /> <br />On <br /> <br />motion the meeting adjourned at 8:48 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />
