Vision Principle: Thriving Neighborhoods <br />and a Sense of Community. <br /> <br />There were no speakers. <br /> <br />Motion by Mr. Moody, and seconded by Ms. Randall, to adopt the following <br />ordinance, and was adopted by the following vote: <br /> <br />"ORDINANCE CLOSING AND VACATING A PORTION OF BARBOUR DRIVE." <br /> <br />Ayes: Moody, Psimas, Randall, D. Smith, Holley <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />(b) HP-07-03 <br /> <br />DOWNTOWN NEIGHBORHOOD - Edward McCullough requests a <br />housing project permit to convert a two (2) story commercial structure <br />into seventeen (17) apartment units at 719 High Street. Smith, Holley <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />07 - 71 - Public hearing on use permit application: <br /> <br />(a) UP-07-01 <br /> <br />KINGMAN HEIGHTS - Paul G. W. Kim requests a use permit to <br />operate a self-storage operation at 3960 Turnpike Road. Deferred <br />from the February 13, 2007 Council Meeting.
