March 27, 2007 Motion by Mr. R. Smith, and seconded by Ms. Psi mas, to defer consideration of Item 07-71 (b) to the meeting of April 24, 2007, and was adopted by the following vote: Ayes: Heretick, Psi mas, D. Smith, R. Smith Nays: Moody, Randall, Holley - Public Hearing - 06 - 414 - Street Closure application: (a) S-06-04 PRENTIS PARK NEIGHBORHOOD - Ordinance granting the request of Center for Community Development for the closure of a portion of Scott Street off of Elm Avenue. Deferred from the March 13, 2007 Council Meeting. Vision Principle: Neighborhood and Community Transformation. 1. Ann Kirk, 102 West Road, spoke in support of this item. Motion by Mr. D. Smith, and seconded by Ms. Randall, to adopt the following ordinance, and was adopted by the following vote: "ORDINANCE TO CLOSE A PORTION OF SCOTT STREET." Ayes: Heretick, Moody, Psi mas, Randall, D. Smith, R. Smith, Holley Nays: None 07 - 71 - Use permit application: (i) UP-06-11 VICTORY CROSSING - Stephen Romine request a use permit to build and operate a limited service hotel at 4015 Victory Boulevard.
