Bradley Stewart, 1029 Naval Avenue, informed Council that he expected the <br />condominiums to be completed around August 2007. He also informed Council that <br />the restaurant would be completed and open around October or November 2007. <br /> <br />Motion by Mr. Heretick, and seconded by Mr. D. Smith, to concur with the <br />recommendation of the Planning Commission that UP-07 -03 be approved on first <br />reading, and was adopted by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: Heretick, Psi mas, D.
