<br />March 13. 2007 <br /> <br />5. Sondra Eisenpress, 4634 West Norfolk Road, gave an overview of how the lack of a <br />sound wall has affected her neighborhood. <br /> <br />6. Ed Forlines, 462 Washington Street, asked that Council increase pay for those in <br />public safety. <br /> <br />7. Barbara New, 140 Constitution Avenue, spoke on the problems that can result in a <br />community with regards to vacant or abandoned homes. <br /> <br />8. Michael Davis, 428 North Street, asked that Council reconsider increasing the boat <br />tax. <br /> <br />9. Melody Repanshek, 54 Channing Avenue, asked that the Manager have staff do a <br />better job with cleaning up litter in the city. <br /> <br />10. Michael Baran, 428 North Street, voiced his concern regarding the location of the <br />new Courthouse. <br /> <br />11. Stephanie Love, 1230 A. Street, asked that inspectors be allowed to enforce codes <br />in areas where there are abandoned or vacant houses. <br /> <br />12. Kerry Messer, 400 Court Street, spoke on code enforcement and suggested to <br />Council what she believes is a proven method for blight abatement. <br /> <br />13. Paul Landers, 402 Cabot Street, asked that Council deny rezoning of 3715 Airline <br />Boulevard. <br /> <br />14. Brian Campbell, 1036 Naval Avenue, spoke on code enforcement of vacant <br />property. <br /> <br />15. Katherine Chase, 3 Shamrock Drive, referred to the Comprehensive Plan with <br />regards to the rezoning of 3715 Airline Boulevard and asked that Council deny this <br />rezoning. <br /> <br />16. Steve Carroll, 3112 Riveredge Road, asked that Council deny rezoning of 3715 <br />Airline Boulevard. <br /> <br />17. Brad Chase, 3 Shamrock Drive, asked that Council deny rezoning of 3715 Airline <br />Boulevard. <br /> <br />18. Wayne Willis, 4022 Garland Avenue, asked that Council deny rezoning of 3715 <br />Airline Boulevard. <br /> <br />19. Jerry Willis, 203 Dumont Avenue, asked that Council deny rezoning of 3715 Airline <br />Boulevard. <br /> <br />20. Teresa Willis-Knapp, 212 Bedford Court, asked that Council deny rezoning of 3715 <br />Airline Boulevard. <br /> <br />21 Cecelia Dawe-Gillis, 3 Sailfish Street, stressed the importance of the sound wall <br />along 1-164. <br /> <br />22. Veronica Moody-Johnson, 166 Yorkshire Road, asked that Council deny rezoning of <br />3715 Airline Boulevard. <br />
