<br />February 13. 2007 <br /> <br />(a) Any changes to the exterior of the building during renovation shall conform to <br />standards as set forth by the Downtown Design Committee. <br /> <br />(b) The site layout plan shall generally be in accordance with the site plan dated <br />October 10, 2006. <br /> <br />(c) Seating capacity shall not exceed the amount shown in the site plan submitted <br />October 10, 2006. <br /> <br />(d) Hours of operation shall be limited to the hours between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m., <br />Monday through Sunday. <br /> <br />(e) The applicant shall utilize commercial garbage collection that employs an inside <br />container, which has been approved by General Services. <br /> <br />(f) The establishment shall be operated in compliance with all applicable codes, <br />ordinances, and regulations of federal, state, and local governments. <br /> <br />(g) The applicant shall obtain all required licenses and permits before operation and <br />these licenses and permits shall remain in effect during the operation of the <br />establ ishment. <br /> <br />(h) Taxes and fees associated with the property shall be paid when due. <br /> <br />4. REVOCATION OF PERMIT: Violation of any of the above conditions may <br />serve as grounds for revocation of the use permit by the City Council." <br /> <br />Ayes: Heretick, Moody, Psi mas, Randall, D. Smith, Holley <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />- Other Unfinished Business - <br /> <br />06 - 511 - Rezoning: <br /> <br />(a) Z-06-04 <br /> <br />COUNTY STREET CORRIDOR - Bethel Temple Church proposes <br />to rezone property located at 620 Constitution Avenue for the <br />purpose of church expansion from Downtown, D-2, Industrial to <br />Downtown, D-2, Office. Deferred from the November 14, 2006 <br />Council Meeting. Vision Principle: Neighborhood and Community <br />Transformation. <br /> <br />Motion by Ms. Psimas, and seconded by Mr. D. Smith, to accept the applicant's <br />letter of withdrawal of item Z-06-04, and was adopted by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: Heretick, Moody, Psi mas, Randall, R. Smith, Holley <br />Nays: None <br />Absent: D. Smith <br /> <br />- City Manager's Report - <br /> <br />07 - 72 - Adoption of an ordinance accepting a grant in the amount of $75,000 from the <br />Virginia Department of Historic Resources and appropriating said amount in the FY <br />2006-2007 Grants Fund Budget for the construction of a new Nature Center at the <br />Hoffler Creek Wildlife Preserve.
