Smith, Holley <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />(e) SNC-06-01 <br /> <br />CHURCHLAND NEIGHBORHOOD - Ordinance granting the <br />request of the City of Portsmouth changing the name of the <br />disconnected portion of Coast Guard Blvd. to Old Coast Guard <br />Blvd. The affected section extends from West Norfolk Road <br />Northward to the South Right of Way line of the Western Freeway. <br />Vision Principle: A Robust and Prospering Economy. <br /> <br />Motion by Mr. Moody, and seconded by Mr. D. Smith, to adopt the following <br />ordinance, and was adopted by the following vote: <br /> <br />"ORDINANCE TO CHANGE THE NAME OF THE DISCONNECTED PORTION OF <br />COAST GUARD BOULEVARD TO OLD COAST GUARD BOULEVARD." <br /> <br />Ayes: Moody, Randall, D.
