Kirk Birkeley, to be reappointed for a three year term . ending May 1, 1996. Motion of Mr. King and seconded by Mr. Griffin, to c~ose the nominations and appoint those persons nominated, and there being no further nominations, the above were appointed to the designated Boards and Commission and the motion adopted by unanimous vote. 93-141 - Motio~of Mr. King and seconded by Mr. Epperson that the City Manager and the City Attorney be authorized to engage the services of an Environmental Law Specialist to advise the City Government as a result of being named a potentially responsible party by Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and to challenge the EPA Record of Decision with a fee for services not to exceed $15,000.
