Charles Whitehurst, 342 Worthington Square, voiced his concern and frustrations <br />with the flooding in his neighborhood. <br /> <br />4. Bobby Boxton, 308 Dinwiddie Street, voiced his concern with possible health issues <br />related to the sewage in flood waters. <br /> <br />5. Karen Duffy, 354 Dinwiddie Street, voiced her concern with higher insurance costs <br />due to constant flooding in the neighborhood. <br /> <br />8.
