<br />210 <br /> <br />September 12. 2006 <br /> <br />06 - 425 - Non-Agenda Speakers <br /> <br />1. Lynn Breckenridge, 448 Green Street, informed Council that the general directional <br />sign for High Street had been placed, in error, on London Boulevard and asked if <br />this sign could be moved to the correct site, on High Street. <br /> <br />Motion by Mr. R. Smith, and seconded by Mr. Moody, to have the general <br />directional sign removed from London Boulevard and placed on the median at High <br />Street, and was adopted by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: Heretick, Moody, Randall, D. Smith, R. Smith, Holley <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />Mayor Holley named Councilman R. Smith liaison to the signage issue. <br /> <br />2. Sara Steele, 308 Court Street, voiced her concerns with regards to new homes being <br />placed in a higher class for assessment although surrounding property maybe in a <br />lower class. <br /> <br />3. Joanna Hall, 92 Nickelson Street, voiced her opposition to the proposed SPSA I <br />Covanta Trashport Project. <br /> <br />4. Mark Geduldig-Yatrofsky, 363 Middle Street, voiced his objections to a decision <br />made by Council at a previous meeting pertaining to the placement of a business <br />sign. <br /> <br />5.
