September 12. 2006 MAYOR'S SISTER CITIES COMMISSION Jeffrey Logan to be appointed for a three year term ending June 30, 2009, replacing Florence Hood. Calvin Vander Molen to be appointed for a three year term ending June 30, 2009. MUSEUM AND FINE ARTS COMMISSION Barbara Hester to be appointed for a three year term ending October 31, 2009, replacing Katherine Schuhr. SOUTHEASTERN PUBLIC SERVICE AUTHORITY-(SPSA) Susan Hansen to be appointed beginning September 12, 2006. Clarence "Luke" McCoy to be appointed beginning September 12, 2006. Dottie Wyatt (alternate) to be appointed beginning September 12, 2006. SOUTHEASTERN ALCOHOL SAFETY ACTION PROGRAM POLICY BOARD-VASAP Bentley Harrell to be appointed for a three year term ending September 12, 2009. Motion by Ms. Randall, and seconded by Mr. Moody, to close the nominations, and the above nominations were adopted by the following vote: Ayes: Heretick, Moody, Randall, D. Smith, R. Smith, Holley Nays: None 06 - 423 - Items Submitted by Council Members '" Councilman Ray Smith, as a member of the Southeastern Public Service Authority (SPSA) board, gave an update on upcoming projects.
