't69 <br /> <br />Auqust 24, 1993 <br /> o <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Epperson, and seconded by Mr. Clemons <br />pursuant to Section 2.1-344.1 of the Code of Virginia certifying <br />that to the best of the Councilmember's knowledge during the <br />immediately preceding Executive Session of the City Council: <br /> <br /> (1) Only public business matters lawfully exempted from <br />open meeting requirements by the Virginia Freedom of Information <br />Act, and <br /> <br /> (2) Only such public business matters as were identified <br />in the motion by which the Executive Session was convened, were <br />heard, discussed or considered in the meeting by the City <br />Council. <br /> <br />The motion was adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br />On motion meeting adjourned 9:20 p.m. <br /> <br /> ayor ~ity Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
