Janette R. Whitley, 103 Decatur Street, spoke in opposition to criteria of <br /> membership on the Cradock Steering Committee. <br /> <br />8. Karen Barba, 14 Connor Place, spoke in support of criteria for membership on the <br /> Cradock Steering Committee. <br /> <br />9. David Beachler, 83 Afton Parkway, spoke in support of the criteria and the creation <br /> of a new group of Alton Square Business Owners. <br /> <br />10.
