June 13, 2006 Staff Recommends: Adoption of an ordinance to increase expenditure appropriations for therapeutic foster care and various other program costs and estimated revenues by $1,483,591, including state reimbursement revenues of $994,076 and a "local match" transfer from the General Fund of $489,515, in the Comprehensive Services Act Fund Operating Budget for Fiscal Year 2005-2006. The CSA office will pay for all outstanding services rendered to foster children in fiscal year 2005-2006. Motion by Mr. Moody, and seconded by Mr. Whitehurst, to adopt the following ordinance, and was adopted by the following vote: "ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY'S FY 2005-2006 COMPREHENSIVE SERVICES ACT FUND OPERATING BUDGET TO INCREASE THE ESTIMATED REVENUES AND EXPENDITURES THEREIN BY THE SUM OF $1,483,591 FOR THERAPEUTIC FOSTER CARE AND OTHER PROGRAM COSTS."
