He also thanked the Army Corp of <br />Engineers for partnering with the City to help control the mosquitoes. <br /> <br />'" Councilwoman Psimas wanted to remind citizens of holiday activities happening <br />Downtown. She noted that the Winter Wonderland's collection of little people is on <br />display at the Courthouse Galleries from 10 a.m. - 8:00 p.m., Tuesday through <br />Saturday and 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. on Sunday. She also reminded citizens of the <br />window art along High Street and of the Olde Towne Music Festival, Saturday, <br />December 10, 2005 from noon until 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />'" Councilwoman Randall wanted to show her appreciation for the{ accomplishments <br />that have been made by Council and City Staff. She also wanted to thank those <br />City Staff members that have participated with her in visiting and listening to the <br />concerns of citizens and wished everyone a Happy Thanksgiving. <br /> <br />'" Vice Mayor Moody recognized and thanked Mr. Dan Aston for his contribution in the <br />City of Portsmouth's success. <br /> <br />'" Vice Mayor Moody reminded everyone of the Christmas Celebration in Cradock, <br />5:00 p.m., Saturday, December 3,2005 and encouraged all to participate. <br /> <br />'" Vice Mayor Moody informed citizens that during the Public Work Session the sound <br />barrier for 164 East was added to the Legislative Package for the General <br />Assembly's consideration.
