Holley III, Vice Mayor William E. Moody, Jr., Charles B. Whitehurst, <br />Sr., Marlene W. Randall, 'Stephen E. Heretick, Elizabeth M. Psi mas, Ray A. Smith, <br />Sr., Interim City Manager James B. Oliver, Jr., City Attorney G. Timothy Oksman. <br /> <br />05 - 194 - The following call for the meeting was read: <br /> <br />"Please attend a Called Meeting of the City Council to be held in the 6th Floor <br />Conference Room, 801 Crawford Street, 6th floor, 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 26, 2005 <br />for the purpose of a Public Work Session. <br /> <br />In addition, you may consider a motion to go into a Closed Meeting. <br /> <br />By order of the Mayor." <br /> <br />05 - 195 - The following items were discussed in Public Work Session: <br /> <br />1. TodiMusicFest - Howard Bender <br /> <br />2. Rental Inspections Program - Mike Morris/Theeta Raynor, Housing Inspector <br /> <br />3. City Council Budget Discussion - Lance Wolff <br />SPSA Tipping Fee <br />- Tax Relief Program <br />Retirees COLA <br /> <br />4.
