<br />Februarv 22. 2005 <br /> <br />205 <br /> <br />05 - 71 - Motion by Ms. Randall, and seconded by Mr. Moody, to go into Closed <br />Meeting pursuant to provisions of Section 2.2-3711 (A)(1) of the Code of Virginia, to <br />discuss or consider the following: <br /> <br />personnel matters. <br /> <br />.1 <br />I <br /> <br />The subject matter of the meeting includes the performance of individual public <br />officials of the City. <br /> <br />The purpose of the meeting is to permit confidential discussion of personnel <br />matters. <br /> <br />The motion was adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br />Motion by Ms. Randall, and seconded by Mr. Whitehurst, pursuant to Section <br />2.2-3712(0) of the Code of Virginia, certifying that to the best of the Council Members' <br />knowledge during the irnmediately preceding Closed Meeting of the City Council: <br /> <br />1. Only public business matters lawfully exempted from open meeting <br />requirements by the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, and <br /> <br />2.
