<br /> Devita Jones, a student at S. H. Clark Vocational Training
<br />Center opened the meeting with prayer which was followed by the
<br />Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
<br />
<br /> Mayor Webb called the meeting to order and welcomed all in
<br />attendance.
<br />
<br /> Motion of Mr. Epperson, and seconded by Mr. King, the
<br />minutes of a Called Meeting on January 24, 1994; a Called
<br />Meeting on January 25, 1994; a Regular Meeting on January 25,
<br />1994, be approved, and was adopted by unanimous vote.
<br />
<br />94-45 - Proclamation presented to Dr. Samuel Lamb, II, Provost,
<br />and Jean-Marie Eagler, TCC Public Relations/Ambassador Scholar
<br />for the "25th Anniversary of Tidewater Community College."
<br />
<br />94-46 - Proclamation presented to Jayne White and Grant
<br />Creekmore for "American History Month."
<br />
<br />94-47 Proclamation presented to Albert Whitley, Jr., and Bryan
<br />King from Troop 119, sponsored by Celestial Baptist Church, for
<br />"Scouting Anniversary Week."
