October 26, 2004 1 2 (~ <br /> At a Called Meeting of the City Council on Tuesday, October 26, 2004, there <br />were present: <br /> <br />Vice Mayor William E. Moody, Jr., Charles B. Whitehurst, Sr., Marlene W. Randall, <br />Stephen E. Heretick, Elizabeth M. Psimas, Ray A. Smith, Sr., Interim City Manager <br />James B. Oliver, Jr., City Attorney G. Timothy Oksman. <br /> <br />04 - 411 - The following call for the meeting was read: <br /> <br /> "Please attend a Called Meeting of the City Council to be held in the City <br />Manager's Conference Room, 801 Crawford Street, 6th floor, 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, <br />October 26, 2004 for the purpose of a Public Work Session. <br /> <br />In addition, you may consider a motion to go into a Closed Meeting. <br />By order of the Mayor." <br />04 - 412 - The following items were discussed in Public Work Session: <br />1. Finance - Presentation - Budget Process/Calendar - Lance W. Wolff <br />2. Cemetery Fees - William B. McGlaughon <br /> <br />3. Urban Allocation - Pinners Point Interchange - Scott F.
